"' tf CHANGING OF TIRES : SAVING AUTO OWNERS ' Do you know that your right rear tire wears faster than the other three.. Well, It does. Have you ever stopped to think of the reason for It? The answer Is furnished here by the B. F. Goodrich Rubber Company, to gether with some timely advice on interchanging tires to realize maxi mum wear from your entire set. . , Since your power and traction come from the rear wiheels your rear tires cet the hardest wear. . Yoiu drive on the right side of the road and roads are orowded your car, nearly always, Ib slightly tilted r more weight being on that side, therefore your right rear tire takes hold, first and bears more traction than the left rear. - When In motion the left rear tire rolls along comfortably on ( the smooth middle portion of tlie road, while the right rear gita the rough going on the - off-side the sharp edges of the asphalt, the rockB and ruts and Is more likely to encounter objects thrown on the side of the road. Then again the rear tire bears the brunt of t)he stopping, sometimes Blldlng a majority of the wear Wiling on the right rear. The tire receiving the next hardest usage Is the left rear, then the Tight front and last the left front. So when your right rear begins to show signs of wear, and you wish to spare It, put it on the left front wheel. And likewise dhange your left rear to the right front. DRINK HOT WATER AND RID JOINTS OF RHEUMATIC RUST Why rheumatism and lumbago sufferers should drink phosphated - hot water each morning before breakfast RUST M ''.Tn fit Aft coal, when it burns. leaves behind a certain amount of incombus tible material in the form of ashes, so the iood and drink taken day after day leaves in the alimentary canal a certain amount of indigestible material, which if not completely eliminated each day, becomes food for the millions of bacteria which infest the bowels. From this mass of left-over waste material, toxins And ptomaine-like poisons, called uric acid1, is formed and then sucked into the blood where it continues to circulate, collecting grain by grain in the joints of the body much like rust collects on the hinge as shown above. Men and women who suffer from lum bago, rheumatism or sore, stiff, aching joints should begin drinking phosphated hot water, not SB a means to magic i - -1 i wtalw Yinf n nrpvpnfc more reiiei uuu jiu, j urin field forminff In the system. Wlille Theodore Anderson was temporarily absent from his place of business on CaJlopoota street one day last week, some sneak thief en tered the front door and walked away with a five-pound' jar of candy whluli .vas fitting on a show case. A knife belonging to Ed Gervals which was picked up in another portion of the building about the same time was recovered. Ed. went after the suspect and made him "dig up." Sun. A quarter pound of limestone phos phate costs very little at the drug store but is suilicient to make any rheumatic or lumbago sufferer an enthusiast on tiie morning inside bath. Millions of people keep their joints free from these rheumatic acids by prac ticing this daily internal sanitation. A glass of hot water with a teaspoonfu of limestone phosphate, drank before breakfast, iB wonderfully invigorating; besides, it is an excellent health measure -because it cleans the alimentary organs of all the waste, gases and sour fermen tations, making one look and feel clean, sweet and fresh all day. Those who try this for one week may find themselves free from Bick headaches, constipation, bilious attacks, sal I own e a 8, nasty preath and stomach acidity. We Have Got 'Em On the Run Yes, tlie.
