Fol lowing charges that he obtained over $10,000 through the employment of girls to solicit for spurious charitable organizations, James J. Worthlngton, a printer, wus arrested here today. Marsters, who re turned yesterday from a week's visit at Marshfleld, reports everything In a flourishing condition In Coos county. While away Judge Mars ters visited at Powers, Myrtle Point, CoqUille, North Bend and Marshfield, at the two latter places the ship yards are running full cupaclty. Peo ple are living In tents, as dwelling houses are not to be had. The other towns are doing an excellent busi ness. The logging camps are run ning full blast and dairying is a big business. Judge Marstors predicts a big future for Coos county. TRAFFIC IS DISORGANIZED. GENEVA, July 22. Railway traf fic between the Rhine towns Is great ly disorganized owing to the number of wounded arriving dally from the French front In hospital trains.
