Mable Boyer Hot Water Each Morning If Puts Roses in Your Cheeks J To look one's beBt and feel one's best U to enjoy an inside bath each morning to flush lrolu the system the previous day's waste, sour fermentations and poi sonous toxins before it is absorbed into the blood. Just as coal, when it burns, leaves behind a certain amount of in combustible material in the form of nsliea. so the food and drink taken each dav leave in the alimentary organs a certain amount of indigestible material, which if not eliminated, forms toxins and iiuUons which are then sucked into the blood through the very ducts which are intended to suck in only nourishment to sustain the body. If you want to see the glow of healthy bloom in your cheeks, to see' your skin . pet clearc and clearer, you are told to drink every morning upon arising, a clou of hot water with a teaspoonful cif limestone phosphato in it, which is a harmless means ot washing the waste material and toxins from tne stomacn, I:--.- MJnot-k nnA Iiou-pIr. thus cleans ing, sweetening and purifying the entire alimentary tract, before putting more food into the stomach. Girls and women with sallow skins, liver spots, pimples or pallid complex ion, also those who wake up with a coated tongue, bad taste, naBty breath, others who are bothered with headaches. bilious spells, acid stomach or constipa tion should begin this phosphated not water drinking and are assured of very pronounced results in one or two weeks. A quarter pound of limestone phos phate costs very little at the drug store but is sufficient to demonstrate that jut as soap and hot water cleanses, purities and freshens the skin on the outside, so hot water and limestone phosphato act on the inside organs. We must always consider that internal sanitation is vast ly more important than outside cleanli ness because the skin pores do not ab sorb impurities into the blood, while the bowel pores do. Women who desire to enhance the beauty of their complexion should just try this for week and notice results. , Two Disfricts Win on Average of 100 The following shows tho standing of the various districts in the re cent spelling contest.
