"And Home Came Ted," a frolick some comedy, full of fun and action will be Riven this evening by the senior class of the Roseburg high school at the Antlers theatre and- the Pitrons are promised a treat never before excelled in the local theatrical annals. For sevoral weeks past th young people who compose tho cast and who are especially well fllted for their parts, have faithfully rehearsed to their present state of perfection Intormingled with the mystery and pathos is a mirth-provoking comedy that will keep every one In the best of hjuiuor and in order to come fully prepared it is strongly advised to "bring along a handkerchief" not for crying purposes, but for laughing purposes only. The nominal sum of 35 cents will be charged and a dollar's worth o fun is promised. In addition to the play, between acts tho freshman sophomore, junior and! senior clusses have planned clever stunts which will bo pulled, as yet these being a inys lory to everyone. However, from the muny whisperings there Is sure to he something doing from these live wire students of tho Roseburg high school. Going back to the principal Item the play, the setting of the comedy Is ut the Hip Van Winkle Inn, In the Cntskill mountains, which Is claimed by sevoral different parties, and the plot is a strugglo over the legal pos session which is purely humorous.
