It Is very probable that within few days a call will be received here by the county registration board to send the cards obtained In Douglas county at the tlmo the war census was taken June 6, to Washington. U. C, where they will be placed In the hands or the provost marshal. Plans for the drafting of men or conscriptlonable age have been com pleted, according to Information re ceived, and the task of pressing the men Into service will begin during the second weok In July. It Is ex pected that the men drafted for ser vice will be able to report for actual duly by September 1, or earlier If pos sible. All card or those who regis tered will be numbered prior to be in? sent to Washington where the drafting will occur. A jury wheel will bo Installed for each state, and will be operated under the direct sup ervision of tho war department of ficials. Strict fairness will prevail throughout theso operations and ev ery man of conscriptlonable ago will have an equal opportunity. In drafting the- men the wheels will bo turned, and the man whose name appears on the board bearing tho number Indicated an the dial of the wheol when it stops, will be drawn. This will continue until ev ery stale In the union has furnish ed its full apportionment. The namoA of the men seloctcd ill then be telegraphed to the county In which they are registered, and published in the newspapers. If they claim exemptions for any rea son, they will have to appear before tho county military board nnd sub stantiate their contentions. Men who do not claim exemption will probably be assigned without delay and sent to the various posts for service. In accordance with the plan adopt ed by the government, the task of drafting the men will be taken from the county military boards and plac ed with the military officials. Almost everyone knows that Sago Tea and Sulphur, properly compounded, brings back the natural color and lustre to the hair when faded, streaked or gray. Years ago the only way to get this mixture was to make it at home, which is mussy and troublesome. Nowadays we simply ask at any drug store for "Wyeth's Sage and Sulphur Compound." You will act a large bottle of this old time recipe improved by the auauion oi otner ingredients lor about) 60 cents. Everybody uses this prepara tion now, because no one can possibly tell tlifl you darkened vour hair, as it does It so naturally and evenly. You dampen a sponge or soft brush with it and draw this through your hair, taking one small strand at a time; by morning the gray hnir disappears, and after another appli cation or two, your hair becomes beauti fully dark, thick and glossy and you look years vounccr. Wyeth's Sasro and Sulphur Co n pound is a delightful toilet requisite. It is not intended for the cure, mitigation or prevention of disease. DR. B. R.
