WEST SIDE SCHOOL SITE IS SURVEYED Engineer I,. G. Hicks, has prepar ed a map of tho proposed Went Rose burg high school slto, which will be presented to the school board for consideration. The work was done under the direction of some of the West Roseburg residents who are desirous of having the board solect this site for the new high school building. As surveyed the land which it is proposed to use for school purposes, lies on a ridge, the contour being rounding, making drainage easy. It la directly In lino with a continu ance of Harvard avenue and is com posed of four acres which Mr. Bel lows promises to donate and two acres to bo donated by Mr. Nachter. The latter two acres include a part of tho fine laurel grove which is one of tho most beautiful In this vicinity. There is a great deal of discus sion In regard to the selection of a slto for the building, many being In favor of erecting the school bouse on the west sldo, while others desire Its construction on the Lane school property. Hither site is an excellent one for a school building and each have features for and against thorn. Tho matter will probably be put up to a vote of tho citizens at some date In the near future. ggillMllllilWBBBMMWlBlllllMlllll J3mUm When tlioy any "He's A Bad Pill" There's not much sccrocy abou t his conduct and conversely when you Bay Rexall Liver Pills (25c) Are Good Pills you volco a fact that Bhould and soon will be ' a matter of common knowledge.
