Tho correspondent from the south ern part of tho county who likens the streets of his towH. which i so muddy as to he almost Impassable, to Camas mountain, evidently has not been over that road during the past year. We have several mllnx i of road equal In 'smoothness to the I paved streets of Roseburg. There 1 is no part of the road from Camas Valley postofflce to the Olalla dis trict line, but Is better than from there on. Come and see the road you use It as comparison to all your bad mud holes. The Camas mountain roa,i Is a road to be proud of thanks to our efficient county court. We hope to lhave the can yon road, which Is now a ditch filled with mud and water, equally as good before fall.
