Monday, March 6, 1916, sealed pro
posals for the purchase of Railroad
Construction Bonds of the City of
Roseburg in the sum of 1100,000.00,
or any part thereof. Said bonds are
in denominations of $500.00 each and
bear interest at the rate of five per
cent per annum payable semi-annually
at the fiscal agency of the State
of Oregon in Now York City, N. Y.,
and become due May 1st, 1946. Pay
ment Is optional with the city at

er ten years from date of bondB. The
total Issue Is three hundred thousand
dollars, the balance of which will be
sold later in blocks of $25,000.00 or
some multiple thereof.
