YOUNG VANDERBILT MANAGES REUNION WIDOW FILES SUIT TO RECOVER PROPERTY Mrs Sallle Kllby today filed suit In the local circuit court against J. N. Baldwin et al. Mra. Kllby al leges In her complaint that she is tho widow of Humphrey Kllby, who died In September of last year, leav ing property to the amount of about $10,000; that previous to his denth she had lived at his home and had nursed his parents during their ill ness and death, and had cared for him up until the time ho was taken to the Btnte hospital where hiB edatb occurred. After the death of her husband she suffered from nervous' prostration and was In very poor health and at this time J. N. Baldwin came to her representing himself to I he an attorney of the other heirs and Informed her that tho marriage bo J A Cornelius Vanderbilt, Jr. Cornelius Vanderbilt, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Vanderbilt, managed the reunion last week of the Knickerbocker Greys, a military drill class composed of wealthy ?oung men. This class, which meets wice a week for military drill, was established by some of New York's most prominent men, and has some very famous names on its member (hip roll.
