The discussion was vigorous and earnest, and the teach ers at the end of two hours' debate voted that it was their sense that the hour should not be changed. The ballot stood" 29 to 20. However, a committee was appointed to Inves tigate the Buccess of one plan over the other. This matter will prob ably be taken up again. The defendant claims that the plaintiff is an unfit person to have the custody of the minor chil- I dren. Defendant alleges that she abused him upon numerous occas sions, and at one time left his home without just cause or provocation. It Is also claimed by the defendant that the plaintiff spent considerable time with a man name.d Baldwin when she should have been caring for her home and children. In view of the allegations, defendant asks that he be aw-arded a decree of di vorce, together with being made the custodian of the minor children. At torney W. W. Cardwell appears for the defendant.
