Brewing Company and bad the same shipped to Roseburg, Douglas Co.. Oregon, and sold the same contrary to tho local option liquor law.' Inasmuch ns the attorneys for the defense will be given time to answer the complaint filed by the district attorney today it Is not likely that the quo-warrauto proceedings against the brewery will come up for'fliin' disposition until February.
