(Special to The Evening News.) DETROIT, Aug. 9. Aldermen Hlndle, Mason and Koenig were ar rested here last night charged with parc'lpita,ting In a graft that has flour ished in this cltj for years. Neither of the men would make any state ment. Charged with being implicat ed in the same graft, Aldormun Bra 20, Walsh end Tossyre wore placed under arrest this morning, but all of them refused to discuss the matter with newspaper correspondents. Fif teen other warrants have ueen issutd as a result of new and sensational evidence unearthed, and nine of these warrants were served today. The charge was "suspicions of gr.ift frnm the Wabash."
