(Special to The Evening News.) NASHVILLE, ' Tenn.. Nov. 15. Robin Cooper, charged with the mur der of former United States Sena tor Ctirmack, was acquitted by a Jury today. Following Attorney General Anderson's recommendation for acquittal the court instructed the jury to this effect. Colonel Cooper, father of thq young man just released by the court, was convicted of, the same murder previously, but was pardoned by Governor Patterson. ft !
