A huge forest fire that Is burning the logged-on lands between Elma and Satsop. several miles east of here, yesterday afternoon reached Mack's iogglng camp No. 3. and In spite of the desperate efforts j)f the crew, the ramp buildings und contents were entirely destroyed, and the men losl all their personal belongings. The total damage Is not yet known. Tho (ires jto far are confined mostly to old slashings, but It is feared they will enter the green timber. George Greer and Anna Nail, aged 2", and 15, respectively, a runaway couple from Medical Lake, wero arrested in Pasco Yesterday. The Spokane county sheriff took them back home. The couple disappeared from Med ical Lake and endeavored to get mar ried In Spokane, but could not find the Auditor's office. Prom Spokane they came to this :ilnce and would have escaped had not their pictures appeared In a newspaper.
