Mr. Bartlett h as a rran g ed a series

The C hem aw a apple crop am ount
ed to 3,000 boxes this year. Figured
at $1.00 a box, this crop is worth
about $3,000.
The bulk of the crop w as picked
during the three-day period that all
vocational shops helped. On Thurs
day, October 9, a total of 1,020 boxes
w as picked. Without this help, the
agricultural boys would have been
picking apples until Christmas, an d
a part of that time would have been
in rain.
The members of the Agriculture
departm ent wish to express their a p
preciation to the vocational shop
instructors and their students for
their splendid assistance in getting
the apple crop harvested in such a
short time.
