Alder Springs Geology Hike Join the Deschutes Land Trust and Derek Loeb for a geology hike to Alder Springs on Th ursday, October 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Descend into the canyon from the top of the Crooked River National Grasslands, then hike to Alder Springs and follow Whychus Creek to where it meets the Deschutes River.
