Free admission! All proceeds go to local support agencies. CPR and First Aid Class On Saturday, August 11, an old-fashioned Ice Cream Social will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Camp Sherman Community Hall, sponsored by the Camp Sherman Historical Society. All are invited to come enjoy ice cream, historical information about the river cabins on Tract O, and the society’s video showing fun short stories of Camp Sherman. Volunteer for Parks Board The City of Sisters is accepting applications for volunteer positions for the City Parks Advisory Board for 3 yr. terms. Changes to County Marijuana Program Introducing MOMMA, an 11-month-old domestic short hair tabby who arrived at the shelter very scared. She’s now been socialized and is adjusting to new surroundings and people. As a kitten, Momma was found feral with her own litter of kittens. In the beginning, Momma was very well behaved indoors, but still quite fearful. She has made great progress at the shelter. Come meet her today!
