Holiday Showcase The Sisters High School Jazz Choir will be hosting a community-and-schools holiday variety show on Friday, December 16 at 7 p.m. in the Sisters High School auditorium. Shelter Volunteers Needed Volunteers will be needed for Sisters Cold Weather Shelter, scheduled to open Sunday, January 1, operating out of Sisters-area churches. The Shepherd’s House will provide training Monday, December 12 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Westside Church Sisters, 442 Trinity Way. Four volunteers will work each night. Questions? Live Radio Performance Sisters Classic Old-Time Radio Experience (SCORE) will perform a live radio presentation of “Miracle on 34th Street” on Wednesday, December 14 at 7 p.m. at Sisters Community Church with many sound effects created right on stage. CPR and First Aid Class Sisters-Camp Sherman RFPD will offer adult CPR & AED training (child/infant optional) on Saturday, January 7, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sisters Fire Hall. The First Aid module will be taught Sunday, January 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost is $15 (just $10 if no certifi cate is required).
