Halloween at the Fire Hall The Halloween Parade through downtown, sponsored by Sisters Rotary and the Sisters Library, leaves from Fir Street Park at 3 p.m. on Monday, October 31. Superheroes, princesses, ghosts and more (to age 10) should be in costume, accompanied by their parent or caregiver, with completed registration form (available in advance at the Sisters Library or Sisters Elementary School).
