The Outlaws blanked the
Sutherlin Bulldogs 10-0 at
home in Sisters on Thursday,
October 6. Sisters continued
their domination of league
opponents and remains unde-
feated on the season.
Sisters started their scor-
ing in the first minute of the
game when Keaton Green
received a cross in the air
from Sean Willitts and vol-
leyed it over the keeper for
the goal. In the sixth min-
ute, the Outlaws struck again
when Green hit a low hard
cross from the right side to
Jude Kokesh-Carhart, who
chipped it over the keeper for
the score.
Eleven minutes later, Alec
Gannon took a pass from
Green on a 45 from the right
side for a tap-in goal.
Willitts ran the ball into
the goal at the 24-minute
mark, and four minutes later,
Malachy Sundstrom received
a pass, beat a defender, and
struck a solid ball to the left
corner from 15 yards out.
Sisters closed out the
first-half scoring in the 32nd
minute.
Coach Rob Jensen said,
“Colby (Simeral) took a
direct kick from right behind
the half next to the Outlaws
bench. I told him to put
it right behind #14 at the
18-yard line so that Malachy
(Sundstrom) could finish it.
He was very coachable and
Malachy scored.”
At the half, the Outlaws
were on top 6-0.

The Outlaws lost 2-0
on the road at Sutherlin on
Thursday, October 6. The
long bus ride and the rainy
weather conditions proved
more than the Outlaws could
handle.
Sutherlin scored in the
first five minutes of the con-
test. Keeper Charlotte Barton
blocked a one-on-one goal,
and when the shot bounced
off Barton, another Bulldog
forward was there to kick it
into the goal. The Bulldogs
scored their final goal at the
start of the second half.
Coach Jenna Pike said,

“We will continue to work
on the little things that will
help make more goals hap-
pen. This year we’ve had
a great competitive league.
Every win is deserved and
earned. The Lady Outlaws
have not given up, and
they work extremely hard
every day. We will keep our
heads up and keep work-

games.”

In the 54th minute,

ner kick and Green headed it
to the keeper. The keeper
deflected it back to Green,
