Sisters Cascade of Gifts
Pono Farm & Fine Meats is a custom butcher shop
and lunch bistro located on the north side of Bend, serv-
ing gourmet burgers, sandwiches, and specials utilizing
their own meat.
Pono Farm offers a wide selection of locally raised
Wagyu beef, heritage pork and pastured eggs. All meats
sold in the shop are sourced from their farm in Central
Oregon that is committed to raising their animals slowly
and naturally without the use of hormones, antibiotics,
steroids, or animal-based feed.
All meat is butchered, cured, processed, and smoked in-house.
Customers can choose from a selection of fresh, cured, or smoked meat products. Since they utilize the
whole animal, specialty cuts can be ordered in advance.
Pono Farm is open Tuesday through Saturday, serving lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
For 38 years, Sisters Cascade of Gifts has been offering something
for everyone — locals and tourists alike.
They are famous around the world for their homemade fudge —
there’ nothing like it to be found anywhere else, and people make
special trips to Sisters just to get some.
There’s an eclectic selection of gift items of all kinds, from home
décor to music boxes and Sisters-made jewelry. Smokey Bear memo-
rabilia is a particular specialty — and the Forest Service sends folks
to Sisters Cascade of Gifts to fi nd everything from belt buckles to
fi gurines to T-shirts to charming stuffed bears.
Many gift items are locally made, so you can take a piece of Sisters
home with you. Sisters Cascade of Gifts is also a rare business oppor-
tunity. Owner Virginia Patskowski is ready to retire and is looking
to sell the business to someone who will be excited to carry on this
wonderful Sisters tradition.
