Free Bike Rides & Hikes Sisters Trails Alliance offers free guided mountain bike rides and hikes leaving from Sisters Park & Recreation District. On Wednesday, July 20 from 4 to 6 p.m., a moderate mountain bike ride is for those with some experience on single-track trails; Wed., July 27, 9 a.m. to noon, a 3-mile hike will be on uneven, rocky trails (not for young kids). City Seeks to Award Grants The City of Sisters seeks to award grants to nonprofi ts and other entities for Sisters projects and programs that: (1) provide assistance for food, clothing or shelter; (2) provide education or recreation for kids/seniors; (3) support economic activity in Sisters.
