CITY OF SISTERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2016 TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM PLAN UPDATE Proposals due 5:00 p.m., April 13, 2016 The City of Sisters requests proposals from qualified consultants for professional engineering services for the 2016 Transportation System Plan Update. The overall objective of the update is to update the prioritized transportation capital improvement program and project costs with specific focus on the eastern portion (Locust to City Limits) of the City’s transportation system. This TSP Update shall align the City’s Comprehensive Plan population and growth assumptions with the updated Portland State Population Forecast. The request for proposals, addenda, and notification of results for this project may be viewed at Sisters City Hall at 520 E. Cascade Ave., Sisters, OR 97759; or printed or ordered online from the Central Oregon Builders Exchange (COBE) at http://www.plansonfile.com. There will be no Pre-Proposal Conference for the 2016 Transportation System Plan Update. Proposers shall be responsible for making sure they have all addenda before submitting proposals.
