Every evening during Rose Festival week, a special train will leave Port land North Bank station at 11:15 p. m., Jefferson .street station 11:30 p. m. for Salem and intermediate points. Win. McGllchrist, Jr., was the first to notice him, who quickly obtained a cup of water from the Royale cafeteria and helped oth ers to restore the young man to nor mal conditions. Dr. Robertson, who knows the young fellow well, was scon on the ground and assured those present that he was not in dangerous condition. Within a few minutes lie was able to resume his wny.
