The Illihee club ban over four years lease and the Elks pay the lib-t-ral sum of $27000 for the lease. The Illihee club has been in exist ence about 20 years and will have about $6000 assets to distribute piiiong the members. Smith, who Is attending school at Olivette, Mich. Mrs. Keyes is a daugh ter of one of the most prominent fam ilies of her borne state, where her father Is a slate senator.
