The Uorrallis-edi tor don't seem to be posted on these matters. The secretary of state has faults the same as other hmo and be may sometimes make mis takes, bat he goe very carefully and slowly and nerer jumps headlong into anything. He is one of the most conservative merf ever entrusted with the state financial affairs, and it is safe to say that be has not gone Into the warrant-case now pending without carefully selecting counsel that will protect the state's Interest. The at torney general is a nice man person ally and Is said to be a good lawyer, but Is not successful In managing Hoancial affairs of the state, while the secretary Is, and takes great pride In It, and nothing pleases him more than to be able to show how he has striven to protect the state in all Its mullfarious departments. rfeafesi.Kr u w.a. waw -ts aBBBBMaam?- 2 ST !& Ptuos. .
