Hopkins, a farmer of the Lower Klamath Lake district, was admitted to the Turner borne as a guest by the plaintiff, the complaint sets forth, but gradually became as unwelcome ele-j mem in ine aouse, ana alienated Mrs. Turner from the plaintiff. .
