R. Glals yer. It is Mr. Qlalsyer's plan to have a representatiev from each of the sev eral district farmers' leagues meet regularly, and for this council to be the medium through which the several district farmers' leagues shall act In affairs affecting the agricultural wel fare of the whole county. At present there are thirteen dis trict leagues in Klamath county. Mr. Qlaisyer is attempting to have leagues formed in all localities where they do not now exist. The county council is expected to be organized this fall.
