MANION CLAMAN COMPANY MAKES A IIG HIT Tho Manlon-Claman players pre Ecnted the "Money King" last night at the Mcdford Opera house before a crowded house. The play is a version of tho "Lion and the Mouse" and the part of the money king was excellent ly portrayed. In fact, this character alone wan well worth the price of ad mission and the work of Mr. Claman was of the highest order. The part of an English secretary was very well taken and all tho secondary parts were adequately portrayed. Tho company will give a complete reper toire of plays this week and If the remaining dramas arq as amusing and well performed as the "Money King" last night's crowded house should bo repeated every night. It is a long time since a stock company has been In Mcdford for any length of time, and with the well-balanced company and moderate prices the MaatoR-Claraan players should re ceive generous patronage.
