Mr. Twohy left last night for Port land where he will endeavor to t-eenre permission from the Southern Pacific railioad company to haul rock for the road over their line from the Medfonl yards to the Pacific & Kaslom junction where it will be hauled in wagons to the road, only a sunn uwinnee. Should he fail to secure this lie will at once build large bunkers in Medfonl into which the rock will lie dumped when hauled here from Jacksonville over tiie Hogue Kiver Valley railroad. The rock will then bo hauled from those bunkers to the road in large automobile trucks. Mr .Twohy has assured the coun ty officials that the road will Miroh bo built this fall. Thirty days' work. Mr. Twohy says, will complete the contract and that weather condition will not interfere with its progros when rock hauling is once started.
