Whereas, tho city of Med ford lms heretofore duly caused certain streets of Bald city to be Improved, and has duly assessed the cost thereof to tho property benefited thereby In ac cordance with tllo charter of said city; And whereas, certain owners of sun dry pieces of property each assessed for such Improvement In a sum exceeding twenty-five dollars, havo duly inn do and filed application to pay said several as sessments In Installments In nccordanco with section 8727 of said Bellinger & Cotton's Annotated Codes and tSntutes; And whereas, an assessment and bond lien docket has been duly made up In nccordanco With tho provisions of said section nnd of section 2728 of said Codes and Statutes, nnd the total amount of unpaid assessments for such stroet Im provements nnd for which application to pay under the provisions of said sec tions above cited has been mnde and filed as aforesaid In tho sum of 18,000.00 as shown by snld bond lien docket; Now, therefore, snld city of Medford dotli ordain ns aforesaid that thero Is hereby authorized to be Issued the bonds of snld city In tho total amount of $8,000.00 In denominations of two hun dred nnd fifty and flvo hundred dol lars each, as may be convenient.
