Tho manage ment of the exchange looms will bo In the hands of the assistant secre tary of the nBbOclatlon, Mr. Alan Hiacknreed, and the exchango Inlts onorntions Is designed to $ervo the needs of prospective buyers nnd of the owners of real estate in Jnckson county who may desire to placo their holdings on tho market for salo. Owners nliy come to tho exchango offlco and list their properties for sale or rent, and buyers may nvall themselves of all of tho information contained In the exchango listings through any of the, real estato men wno are momlieis of tho association. Owners mid Conducts. Owners may, If they desire, place their properties in the hands of any I association member for sale through the exchange, ns open listings, or they may, ns heietofore, give excluslvo contincts for the handling of n piece of property to any individual dealer. A third form of contract is also pro vided, if the owner so desires, where by any member of the association may take the exclusive salo of any piece or property for a period of 30 dajs, with the provision thnt ir the property remains unsold at the end of the SO-dav period It shall be placed with the exchnngo as an open listing for a stated length of time to be linn dled for sale bj all or any of the mcmbois of the association. Tho choice of these three forms of contract Is left entirely to tho option of owners, members of the associa tion being ruqulrcd by Its by-laws to offer this choice to their clients, with full explanation of tho various forms and their advantages. Uniform contincts, prepaied and furnished by the association, will be placed In the offices of all Its members, and will be used exclusively by them in all dealings with their clients In the futuie. Tho exchango will, maintain a ren tal but can, and all properties listed with individual niembors will nlso bo lib ted with this bureau; in turn, nil properties listed with the bureau will bo placed with all tho members of tho association for tho purposo of find ing tennnts. It is Intended, however, to prevent tho pcrpetrntion in Ihla district of tho land frauds that havo beon undertaken, too often success fully, In other fruit districts of tho west, nnd nlso to provent tho offering for sale to innocent purchasers as clean properties of orchards known to be diseased.
