The resolution urges the co-opera tion of Oregon in securing comple tion of the work. It points out that 72,000 acres of the project lie in Or egon and (1(1,000 in California; that California has contributed $-1,000,-000 for reclamation and only re ceived $J,. 100,000 from the govern ment, whereas Idaho, Montana and other states have 'overdrawn their contributions.
