C Hyde, wife of the physician who -was found guilty of tho murder of Celonel Thomas II. Swope, had suf fered a relapse. 'The strain Mrs. Hyde was com yeUed to undergo during the trial of ker husband weakened her greatly. This, coupled with her recent illness, is believed to have caused the col lapse.
