VALLEJO, Cab, April 12. It was learned today that Wooh Hi, a por ter in a local saloon, who died Sat urday, was a retired general of the Chinese army. While he worked as porter in the Baloon, he Lad been un der pension by the Chinese govern ment. Wooh's identity became known when Coroner Klotz received a lengthy cablegram from tho Chinese government requesting him to ship tho body to tho family of tho man at Peking, China. Money to defray lb? expense was also wired. There was no known reason for Wooh to labor. Ho was wealthy and wnu in a position to live a Hfo of case. Flo came to Vallejo a year ago.
