The petition recites that Beatrice -was born in Los Angeles in 1893 to Elijah Baldwin and Elizabeth Asher, bow Mrs. Turnbull, the wife of a re tired Boston business man. Bishop Henry Spellmeyer of St. Louis was found dead in bed in his apartments in the Hotel Dennis to day. Heart disease was given ns the cause of his death.
