FOUNDATION FOR HOTEL BUILDING NEARLY COMPLETED The foundation work for the hotel building to be constructed at the corner of Eighth street and Central avenue is nenring completion and it is expected that it will be finished within a few days. This has been n difficult picco of work, owing to tho heavy rains dur ing November, when tho excavating was going on, interfernng with op eration, and later tho cold mornings hnvo caused more or less delay in tho stone work.
