While Mr. Hughes is not in tho hot air hueinefu ho says he likes at least to not an even break, and ho thinks tho Equity should l:o named along with others which have in them the making of mines. The ponding lawsuit, hot ween the ICquity and Keystone companies over disputed ground, will not come up until the November court. Hov. Hughes says upon the determination of thin litigation ho will institute damage proceedings against tho Key stone people. TO START WORK ON SHERRIDEN GROUP Colonel Fi. S. Topping loft shortly after noon today for tho Sherridon group, near (Jianite, on which ho re cently took a lease and hond from Captain C. S Miller, the owner. Colonel Topping will employ a small force to do prospect work for the present, in order to determine where to hegiu permanent operations. It is likely, ho says, that a sinking plant will he installed on the prop orty, as this determination is made.
