At the regular monthly meeting of the Puget Sound Loggers' As sociation held at Seattle last Sat urday evening, it was decided to curtail one-third ot the output of logs from now until the end of the year. There was no opposition to the adoption of this measure, as it was generally believed that too many logs were being put into the water to keep prices at living rates. The action will make a difference of 80,000,000 feel in the output of the members of the As sociation alone for the balance of the ear, and it is understood that many loggers who are not mem bers will also curtail their output.
