Local and Personal Notes. Sandy Campbell, of Condon, is in the city. Tbe Fourth, and . then comes the fireworks. Col. J. II. Baley, of Pendleton, is in tbe city. Henry Blackman came up from Portland, Tuesday. This ia real spring weather, the -first of the season. Everybody will come to Hepp ner on the Fourth. Now if we could just get an other million dollar rain. Robert Oohse, of Lone Rock, -this week sold his wool in Hepp ner for the top price of tbe season, Emmet Cochran and John Mar cus sold their yearlings for the consideration of $2.10 per head to be delivered at the John Simas ranch. Mr. Simas sold his also for the same figure. Monument En terprise. We have decided to kill Charlie Potts, Jim Hubbard, W. P.
