Emmet Cochran, the Monument sheepman, was in tbe city on busi ness last Friday. Mr. Cochran was very unfairly dealt with in the matter of grazing privileges on tbe forest reserve, and waa forced to rent range for bis sheep from private owners. Tbe treatment accorded Mr. Cochran is only a sample of tbe kind quite a.number of our stockmen have bad to en dure at the hands of the super, visors. Blue Mountain Eagle. S. W.
