Applicants for enlistment inns': have reached thrir eighteenth birth day and not have passed their furt-fii-t. They will he subject to the same physical examination as requir ed for the regular army. Men of draft nee whose names have ben posted by the locil board" for ser vice in the national army aro not li able for enlistment. Other men of tlnift aqo will bo accepted. Men with dependants wil loo required to give a certificate signed by them and ihoir adult dependants, that they will not call upon the United States for financial support during the period of apiillcant's enlistment. Knllstnients will be for the period of the war. All recruits will be enlisted as priiates, even though qualified for non-com-rnlKsionod positions.
