Brundage. They were boys to gether in Michigan and had not seen each other for years. Special Term of Court. The old Jury. has been called for a special term of court to begin June 8 to dispose of several cuses held over from the regular spring term. Judge Phelps is today calling the docket to prepare for this special term. Immediately after the term, he will leave for Portland to sit on the bench of Judge Davis who is tak ing training in the officers' reserve camp at San Francisco. Auto Is Broken. The Kord automobile of Clarence -Ash was badly damaged last evenint! on Jackson street when another car. driver unknown, drove into it. The car had been left standing along the curb in -front of lh Koosevelt resi dence and was rammed from the rear. One wheel was broken and the axle badly bent.
