O RIely, bishop of Baker City and of eastern Oregon, spent Sunday here looking Into tho lands suitable for settlement in this section and to acquaint himself with the different sections of the project with a view of advising settlers to come to eastern Oregon. He was ac companied by Rev. C. J. Butler. Indies' Aid Tea. The Ladies' Aid has decided to have its tea in the new f line block on Thanksgiving evening and is making elaborate preparations for the event. Personal Mention.
