A force of men and teams, employ ed by the county are at work on the road just south of town and' west of the It H. track. This Is a new road over which there has been consider able controversy but lately the own ers of the land quit claimed the strip occupied by the road to the county. That portion of the road inside the city limits will be put in shape by the city.
