Through a trade that was placed on record today Roland Oliver has purchased the old Guernsey property at the corner of Jacknon and Garfield streets on the north, sldo of the river. It was sold by Mrs. Henna B. Harris, formerly Mrs. Guernsey, and who now lives at Xorth Yakima. The place compri.-es two lots, making a tract l'lO feet square and there is a small house on they corner lot. This house is to be repaired by the purchaser and used as a dwelling. In the deed that was filed today the purchase price is given at $10 but it is known that the actual sale price was in the neigh borhood of J1200.
