Wheat market prices are down another cent a bushel today; club going to 82 cents and bluestem 89 cents. This Is the first time during the present season that bluestem wheat has sold below 90 cents a bushel track delivery. With outside markets generally weak and lower Chicago being clos ed today owing to an election there Is little disposition among the trade here to do business except at lower prices. The wheat market at the present time is practically an export affair and even millers are not bidding over these quotations. As the price drops abroad there Is a corresponding loss In value here. As forecast exclusively by the Jour nal yesterday there was a drop today of 30 cents a barrel In the price of export grades of flour. According to millers this was done simply to test sentiment in the orient and see wheth er some business cannot be secured. At the old price no orders were avail able. The new price for export Is $3.70 a barrel less usual discounts. No change was made In patents. Catarrh Cannot Be Cured with LOCAL APPLICATIONS, they ean nnt rescb the seat of the disease.
