FOUR LOCAL TEAMS IN ACTION TONIGHT PENDLETON' HIGH WILL PLAY COLUMBIA HERE Both Boys and Girls of Academy Will Appear on Weston Floor Tonight Girls of High School With Mrs. A. C. Hampton Are in Walla Walla. ' Four Pendleton basketball teams will contend for supremacy tonight One game will be played in this city, two at Weston and one at Walla Walla. The local game will be be tween the high school team of this city and the Columbia" College team of Milton, and the game will prob ably be the most Important of the four. Two other games will be played at Weston and will be between the girls and boys teams of the Pendleton academy on the one hand and the girls and boys teams of the Weston high school on the other. The fourth game will be. played In Walla Walla between the girls of Pendle ton and Walla Walla high schools. Great interest Is centering on the game between the junior collegian and the local high school players for the reason that the dopsters have figured out that the race for the county championship will probably be be tween these two aggregations. The result of the first battle will there fore be awaited with a great deal of interest. Storm and Still, two men who star red for the Weston normal last year are both with the Milton team and they are both said to be stronger and swifter than ever. The other play ers are also said to be good and this reputation was borne out by the drubbing which they gave the Pen dleton academy five a few days ago. The lineup for Pendleton will be: Rader and Sturdivant, forwards; Me Dill, center: Devlne and Jordan, guards. The lineup of the Pendleton acad emy girls will be L. Norvell, F. Toung and A. Tullis, forwards; M. Rogers and J. Anderson, centers; E. Raley, C. Vanderpool and M. McRey nolds, guards. For the boys, McDonald will play center, McCormmach and Piper, for wards; Taylor and Norvell, guards. MURDERER IS REMIND BARS. Daughter Ij Recovering. T. U. There will be a meeting of the W. C. T. U. at the Methodist parsonage tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 to meet Mrs. Unruh, the state president.
