Prohibition Attacked In his complaint McArthur attacks the constitutionality of the prohibi tion law passed by tho lOlti legisla ture, lie alleges that tho prohibition constitutional amendment is violated by tho prohibition law In that It per mits the sale of intoxicating liquor, to-wlt, ethyl or grain alcohol, for oth or than scientific, sacramental or mo clinnlcal purposes, and niedlclnnl pur poses upon tho proscription of a li censed physician.
