To get down to cases what would this proposition mean to Coos conn ily? First It would mean about $100. 000.00 to he loaned out In Coos coun- II to several hundred farinorn, for the exclusive ptiruoso of farm de velopment. This will moan the rapid agricultural development of Coos county which we all want. Farmers needing funds for development, fhoincstoudors who have title to their claims, and farm seekers from other parts of tho country will all be In ,llnu to use rural credit for tho devel opment or dairy laud, fruit land, cranberry, loganberry culture, etc., vie. Herond- While th'a ineasuro 'h for tho Immediate rural benefit bet It will help mi all, for tho $1110,- 000 loaned out will bo spent mostly lwlth Coos county merchants hi the (first liistnne It will also make farm prosperity which will contribute fmaterlally toward town projporlty.
